If I could give them a 10 rating it would not be enough. I ordered my son's dog a custom jersey for Christmas. After getting my conformation it looked like it would not arrive in time for Christmas Day. I emailed Ivette asking her change the order to a none custom jersey. Ivette emailed the the next morning, a Saturday, and she told me she would make sure the custom Jersey would arrive before Christmas.
