The Petote Roxy Bag is a distinctive fashion handbag-style pet carrier trimmed in faux leather.

• Airline-approved, non-collapsible handbag style pet carrier,
• Weight capacity:  Small bag: up to 6 pounds. Large bag up to 10 pounds.
• Made of durable fabric with faux leather trim and handles, 2 mesh ventilation windows as well as a side opening for your dog's head with a privacy flap
• Dual zipper front entry, non-collapsible, can be used as a kennel when traveling
• Removable, washable faux fur bedding, adjustable interior safety strap

Airline approved. **Please check with your airline to ensure the size requirements for the particular airline you are flying with meet the sizing standards of these bags.  Per FAA Regulations Sec. 121.589 and Sec. 121.285(c) and (d), airlines do have the absolute right to limit, restrict, and prohibit a pet regardless if it is in an approved carry-on bag.**

PETOTE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY - SUPERCEDES OUR POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Petote pet carrier. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our authorized Retailer (3 Red Rovers:  returns@3RedRovers.com). You must obtain a return authorization number before sending any merchandise back to us. Your refund will be processed in the same manner of your original payment within 5 - 7 business days once your package has been received.

After your refund has been processed, you will be notified via the email address associated with your account. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

***Returns are at the discretion of Petote Group, LLC and will only be accepted if the merchandise has not been used or if the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied for merchandise that is returned or exchanged without a manufacturing defect.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Before returning any merchandise, you must contact customer service and request a return authorization number (RA number). Please note returns will not be processed without an RA number.

Petote Group, LLC does not refund any shipping or handling charges.
