It was back in 2013 when Lorne, Jamie and Dylan Miller had an AHA moment and clicked on an idea to take a patented piece of technology from their family’s clothing brand and bring it into the pet space. Much like a tech start-up, this unique piece of “alert” technology would become a key component to gaining entry into the highly competitive dog outerwear market and set them apart from the competition.

With the fundamental focus of providing pet owners with a brand that can offer functionality, innovation and unique design features, the Miller’s continued to expand on the alert technology and developed patented ColdAlert™ and SunAlert™ technologies built directly into a jacket collection which further captivated the pet market. These innovations clearly carved a path for the Millers to compete in a highly saturated space… and win over the dog community one pet at a time.

Today Silver Paw represents the culmination of this initial technology application into the innovative, functional first, highly designed and accessible line of dog jackets, apparel, toys, bedding, accessories and treats, with the objective of offering the dog community with a brand they can count on and trust season after season.
