Shipping policy

We are a Small (Micro) Business. We were on the Etsy platform but are now branched out. We are working on setting up shipping parameters on this site as the Etsy system would provide sellers to provide accurate production time for each product.

We do not have a complete inventory of all of our products on hand but work with our distributors to do our best to have our site as updated as possible when certain models/sizes are out of stock and provide estimates on when items may be back in stock.

IMPORTANT:  Purchasing "Priority Mail" for shipping does not equal your products/order shipping immediately, to arrive within 2-3 days of order. If the item is on-hand or when it arrives from the manufacturer, we will then ship it by the shipping method you chose (and paid for). The order will then ship "Priority Mail" from the date we received it.  If any items are in stock but the others need to be ordered, we will hold the complete order until they all arrive, unless you let us know.

ALSO IMPORTANT:  If there is a deadline, date, special occasion that the shipping of the order directly relates to, PLEASE let us know in the Notes section when you Checkout. We will work to make your deadline and if we can't, we'll let you know immediately. We really don't know... what we don't know... 

PLEASE USE THE DATE PARIMETERS PRINTED IN PURPLE FONT ON THE TOP OF EACH LISTING. If you need an item by a specific date, please include it in your order.

We will ship First Class or Priority Mail. International shipping is still being worked out and may not be able to be accommodated.
