The jingle free tag is made from Stainless Steel and it is deeply engraved and color filled to make it easy to read. The tag attaches to the front part of the adjustment loop so the metal does not irritate your hound’s neck.

This version of the jingle free dog collar is 1″ wide with grosgrain ribbon. Grosgrain is a smooth ribbon with slight ridges. It holds up beautifully and is machine washable, delicate cycle, let it air dry. Multiple color options are available. We have photos of a few of them here.

A 5/8″ wide collar is also available on a different listing. Velvet and Reflective Grosgain are also available. Please see the main category to choose other sizes or types of ribbon.

The tag collar itself is made using 1″ ribbon in your choice of colors. These collars do not tighten like a Martingale Collar and are more safe to leave on your pet 24 hours a day. Many of my customers use these for “every day” wear and put the Martingale Collars on their Sighthounds on special outtings only.

A few tidbits of advice regarding what to have engraved on your tag.
  • In most cases, you do NOT need your zipcode or even your state on your tag. You should include your street name/number in case your hound is found locally, but unless you have unusual circumstances, state/zip isn’t needed.
  • It is important to pay attention to how many characters you are trying to put on each line. If you exceed the maximum number of characters, we will change (slightly) your information to make it fit in the space allowed or contact you and ask you to make changes This WILL delay your order.
  • Your information is always engraved in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
