Features reinforced D-Ring strip for extra strength and heavy-duty hook and loop closures. The vibrant colors are sure to brighten up any outing. 

Comes with matching blue leash and D-Ring. Sizes XS through XL available. 

Also available in neon green & blue, orange & blue, and pink & yellow.
